Form G-28

Form G-28 - Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Accredited Representative

Form G-28

Form G-28 is a United States immigration form issued by the US Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) that indicates that an applicant has appointed a legal representative to handle immigration applications, petitions, and appeals. It is used to indicate that an applicant has appointed a legal representative to handle immigration applications, petitions, and appeals. The Board of Immigration Appeals must accredit this individual before representing you (BIA).

Form G-28 is intended for use by applicants who seek to allow access to their immigration files to an attorney or other legal representation to have that individual undertake immigration-related transactions with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

By authorizing access to your legal representation to your documents, your attorney will be able to see your application data as well, allowing them to deliver more targeted legal advice to you.
